About the symposium

A shared table for every specialty that treats this disease

Pancreatic cancer remains one of the deadliest cancers, with a five-year survival rate still in the single digits. Progress depends on specialists comparing notes across fields rather than working in isolation — pathology, molecular biology, immunology, radiology, oncology, surgery, gastroenterology, endoscopy, and palliative care all shape how a patient is diagnosed and treated.

Following a well-attended symposium in 2024, this third edition turns to recent progress across the field: how earlier detection is becoming possible, what translational science and AI are starting to change, and how multimodal and patient-centered approaches are reshaping care.

National and internationally recognized experts join this year's programme to share findings and open a genuine debate across specialties.
